As an organizational development consultant, I work in coordination with the YESBuilds team in the areas of social entrepreneurship, non-profit sustainability and project management and evaluation. My key area of focus is international non-profit work, evaluating the practical and spiritual impact of organizations and how they might increase their influence and sustainability.
